John is serving his fourth year on the HOA Board and his third year as HOA President. In the time that John has served as HOA President, he has successfully reduced HOA delinquencies by more that 70%. He has also led major renovation projects such as the building of the new fence that surrounds the perimeter and common areas of the neighborhood, the facelift of the pool and pool house (including a beautiful new pergola, lounge chairs and new pool filter) and the repair of brick fences and columns within the neighborhood.
