When are the annual HOA fees due?

The $300 annual dues for 2025 are due between January 1st and March 31st.  
After April 1st, you are considered delinquent and charged monthly interest and penalty

What will happen if I don't pay my HOA dues on time?

You will be assessed a $10.00 per month late fee beginning on April 30th.  Interest will also be accrued.  If you are more than 6 months past due, a lien will be placed on your property.

Boats, trailers and RVs can only be parked in front of your home (street and driveway) for a maximum of 48 hours.

The best thing that you can do is open up the line of communication by discussing the issue that you are having in a cordial manner.  If your neighbor refuses to work with you, please reach out to a board member so we may be able to help facilitate a solution.
