Your Woodvine HOA Board Members
John is serving his fourth year on the HOA Board and his third year as HOA President. In the time that John has served as HOA President, he has successfully reduced HOA delinquencies by more that 70%. He has also led major renovation projects such as the building of the new fence that surrounds the perimeter and common areas of the neighborhood, the facelift of the pool and pool house (including a beautiful new pergola, lounge chairs and new pool filter) and the repair of brick fences and columns within the neighborhood. This is Edna's third year volunteering for the HOA Board. Edna has played a vital role in the beatification and upkeep of the neighborhood. This includes projects such as the gardens at each entrance of the neighborhood and the organization of holiday decorating. She also leads and oversees Woodvine's Welcome committee.
Laura Donner volunteered for the HOA Board shortly after relocating from Connecticut back in 2016. This is Laura's fifth year volunteering on the Board and her third year serving as HOA Vice President. Laura maintains the Woodvine Neighborhood HOA facebook page and website. She serves as the primary planner for social events such as neighborhood movie nights and outdoor socials. When asked why she volunteers her time on the Board she stated, "Woodvine is a great neighborhood to live in. It's beautiful and we have great people who really do look out for each other. I want to do everything that I can to make sure that Woodvine remains one of the best neighborhoods to live in". Laura is married and has two children. She also works fulltime at UCO.
Bonnie has been a resident of Woodvine since 2011. Bonnie has served has the HOA Secretary since she volunteered in 2017. Bonnie has previous experience serving as the HOA President from Fenwick Garden Village and Orange Hunt Square in Virginia. Bonnie has worked in Real Estate for 38 year as an agent and property manager in Virginia, just outside of Washington DC. As HOA Secretary, Bonnie does a tremendous job keeping the neighborhood organized and on track. She is also responsible for the messaging and upkeep of the Neighborhood welcome boards.
