When are the annual HOA fees due?

The $300 annual dues are due between January 1st and March 31st.  After April 1st, you are considered delinquent and charged monthly interest and penalty

What will happen if I don't pay my HOA dues on time?

You will be assessed a $10.00 per month late fee beginning on May 1st and going forward.  Interest of 5% will also be accrued.  If you are more than 6 months past due, a lien will be placed on your property.If you are more than 9 months past due, it will be sent to Small Claims Court.

The annual neighborhood HOA meeting is typically on the second Tuesday in November 10,2026.It will be located at Angie Debo Elementary School located at 16060 N May Ave. (just 1 block south of our neighborhood)

The best thing that you can do is open up the line of communication by discussing the issue that you are having in a cordial manner.  If your neighbor refuses to work with you, please reach out to a board member so we may be able to help facilitate a solution.
